Plates...

Wil Wheaton made the comment the other day about the old "spinning plate" trick... and I think I may have hit a spot for my own "fail"... One of the requirements for my "Teaching" class will be shadowing an "active" Freshman comp class... which will put me on campus for three (3) nights per week for a couple of weeks... I grumble only because of the amount of time that will require (when I already have to be creative with finding time to get the existing projects done...) *sigh*

I've also been trying to spend some time over the last couple of days tracking down people I used to know (yes, I have finally gotten on a more favorable "social networking" sight).... managed to find a few, and have sent out dozens of "Remember Me?" type notices...

I have my dates confirmed for going to Wilmington, and plan on compiling a sizable list of questions over the weekend... and I just realized a few minutes ago that I still have "Honeymoon" notes that I need to write and post... drat!

I'm actually taking some time next week (for other reasons than "Break" but it works out well enough), but I would like to take more to ensure "getting ahead"... we'll see how things go...
