There was little accomplished (again) yesterday on the writing front... a steady day at work, followed by a trip to the barn and our usual Monday night dinner and rehearsal...

On a "lighter" note... during the festivities this weekend, my nephews were up and were playing on the Xbox... The were playing Need for Speed: Underground, and talked me into playing, too. I hadn't played it too much before - my wife was the one that originally wanted the game, and we've had it for at least a year.

Anyway, they got me into playing it, and I continued to play even after they left... last night, I played through two tournaments, increasing my "completed races" to about twelve... currently, I'm stuck on a drifting sequence that I have to complete before I can go on... Drifting is a bit tricky on the game, and I spent about twenty minutes playing with that level (once I got there) before finally calling it a night... and not once did I finish out of fourth place...

We'll see what happens tonight... between more cleaning from this past weekend, and doing laundry and packing for a weekend excursion this weekend... see if I can log a few miles, and a few words...
